15 PERSONAGENS SECRETOS EM DETONA RALPH
0My friends, if there is one thing I like very much are… REFERENCES I don’t care if it is a tribule or a hidden message. These things are really cool, especially in games or movies. Referral is so cool that it enriches our experience with the product. I’m absolutely sure that sometime in your life when you notice any reference comes that thought of “Ah, I get that, huh?!” Who doesn’t remember, for example, that fantastic reference in Mega Man X, where you can get Street Fighter’s Ryu hadouken? This is classic! But guys, if you now had a movie about games with MILLIONS of references? It would be insane, right? Yeah, this movie exists and it’s called “Wreck-It Ralph” I’m sure many of you may know because it was released in 2013. It was created by Disney and had a great repercussion at the time. Not only is it aimed at younger audiences, the old-guard people who lived through the famed and much-loved arcade era can also follow and enjoy the movie as it is full of references to classic arcade games, which have a very important role for the story. So it’s a movie with a new plot and a great deal of nostalgia. So stay tuned because today I prepared for you the “15 SECRET CHARACTERS OF WRECK-IT RALPH” At the very beginning of the movie, you already come across a number of super-known characters even more known to older gamers. In the scene, Ralph is in a kind of “villain reunion” where they get together to let off steam and you already come across video game icons like Clyde, who is one of Pac-Man’s ghosts. M. Bison and Zangief from Street Fighter. A zombie from The House of the Dead. The Kano of the game Mortal Kombat. The Bowser of Super Mario. Doctor Robotnik, the great villain of Sonic. And the demon Neff from the classic Altered Beast. And also some more. But the list deals with other characters that are scattered throughout the movie and barely noticed. To start this list, we have Sonic and I know he’s a not-so-secret character, but he’s on the list because he had other really cool appearances in the movie that you might not have noticed. The first time he shows up, everyone notices him because he’s on a TV at the game station. But our blue hedgehog also appears at 30th birthday party of the game, Ralph: Fix-It-Felix Jr. You can find him among the crowd when Ralph arrives at the party. Another scene in which he also appears is when Ralph goes out like a crazy man flying a ship and ends up hitting Sonic, so much so that he loses his rings. This is a GENIAL reference! Oh, and I can’t forget about the wedding of that girl who shoots everywhere and is too crazy, where Sonic also attended. Street Fighter characters are the most in this movie In addition to those already mentioned at the beginning of the video, we can also find Ryu and Ken at the very beginning of the animation, where they are facing each other in the arcades. You can also find Ryu drinking at a bar. This is smart, huh ?! In the next scene, you can also see Ken, Ryu and Chun-Li in paintings hanging on the wall. And Chun-Li appears again at the train station-simulating games station, and the funniest thing is that she’s accompanied by Rosalina and Daisy, both princesses in Mario’s universe. Also there is Blanka, who appears in the credits and “detonates” Ralph. Continuing in the credits, Ralph makes an appearance in the Street Fighter II bonus stage, and helps Ryu and Venellope break the car. Just when Ralph arrives at the central station, you have a very wide view of the place and can see various characters, and then Ralph comes across Frogger. This is a classic character from a Konami game that was released to the arcades in 1981, and the goal of this game was to cross a busy street, making an analogy to the scene of the movie, where it’s full of people passing by and the Frog is also there trying to dodge everyone. Very cool, right? Other characters that appear quite fast on the scene are the other Pac-Man ghosts. Remember that only Clyde was at the meeting with Ralph at the beginning of the movie? Well then, at the station was the rest of them: Blinky, Inky and Pinky. In the same scene where Frogger appears, you will see two little angels who are scared of Ralph, and these two characters are from Sega’s Angel Kids game I’m sure few of you noticed this reference, or didn’t even know of the existence of this game. In the next scene, there is a little ball wearing yellow glasses with a green dragon behind. Both characters are part of Namco’s Dig Dug game. Another character that appears on the station is also Q*bert and other characters from his game. This orange character makes some other appearances during the movie. Even trying to talk to Felix when Ralph is missing. These characters, only nostalgic people should remember, as their game was released in 1982 for the arcades. And this is a game with puzzle elements with graphics that give the effect of 3D. The goal of this game is to change the colors of each block until you complete everything, but there are enemies that will hinder you and you only win when you can change the color of all blocks. Recently, this game even rebooted to current consoles with completely redesigned graphics. It was beautiful! And look how cool, in the scene where you can find Ryu in a drinking bar, this bar is the game Tapper’s bar, where you have to go out like a crazy man serving beer and collecting empty glasses. And along with Ryu you find a character deep down in a chef’s hat with a “P” on it. This character is Peter Pepper, who is part of the game Burger Time, which is a maze game where at the same time you need to make a burger, and it’s pretty crazy. This game is even well-known because it came out for several consoles, even NES. Finally we have an honorable mention to Mario. Since we had some characters from the mustache plumber’s game, why didn’t his participation in the movie happen? Well, the creators said they couldn’t think of some cool way to get him into the animation, and because he’s a striking character, he should have a more than special appearance, and I agree. But in consideration, it is quite remarkable that the game Fix-It-Felix is a tribute to the first Donkey Kong, where Mario made his first appearance in the world of video games. However, you can rest assured that a sequel to the movie has already been confirmed and will have not only Mario, but Luigi as well, and it is rumored that Link might also appear there. I’m hoping Mega Man is also part of this cast. Imagine how cool! I learned that in the beta of the animation, it was meant to contain the villain of our little blue robot, Dr. Weil. There is even this image there, but it ended up being removed in the final version of the movie. Anyway guys, Wreck-It Ralph is awesome and worth watching! In addition to these characters cited, there are thousands of fantastic and very funny references, which I will not tell you not to lose the fun. So if you have not watched, my recommendation is!
