0Week nine of Dana White’s Contender Series season seven in Islam Kachev posting on X support for his teammate in the blue. So as Laura said, Maritzio Hufi is very good offensively in my opinion. I mean you see him here Connor compar sorry Laura compared him to Conor McGregor but he does leave openings. He does have his hands kind of wide sometimes carries the chin a little high. So you never know. He might have improved it though. But in the tape that I saw, yeah, makes a few defensive mistakes. Magabet Ali going to work early with those kicks that you talked about, Michael. Yeah, there’s another one. So fast out of range with a question mark kick, but yeah, he is brutal once he finds his rhythm. Very fast. Well, Ruffy does have a bit of a tendency to to to back up out of range without necessarily pulling his guard up. I mean, those kicks, if you extend the length of them, that that could really spell trouble, but early going here. We’ll see how they find each other out. So, both guys just exchanging kicks right now. Nothing wrong with with some fundamentals, some jabs and things like that, but they are showstoppers, spinning wheel kicks, etc. I’ve seen Hoofy put some people to sleep with those moves. Nice reflexes there. chopping away with the calf kick, but again moves it out of the way to, you know, take away from the impact. Oo, couple kicks coming from Maiv. 90 seconds in each still trying to find their distance timing through the early going. Yeah, Ruffy’s going to see those those kicks, but I think as Magometiv starts to stitch on a strike or two uh after the kick that might get a little bit more complicated for him. So far, they’re just sort of going tit for tat. You know, Magome this week was saying at 33 years old, I’m no spring chicken. However, though, he’s been very active in the world of amateur martial arts. Started wrestling at 10, striking since he was 17 years old, a kung fu world champion, had his first MMA fight at 25 years old. So, in terms of angle competition, he’s had a lot. There you go, Laura. Ruffy trying to draw him into the power, land a big hook. And that was nice footwork as well from Ruffy. That’s really his game. He’s sort of he’ll he’ll pick at people waiting for them to sort of, you know, explode forward with something. In this case case, it’s likely going to be a kick and then look to counter. But it’s a dangerous chess game we’re playing. Oh, that’s a heavy kick. Magame definitely failed that one and Ruffy just missed with the right hand. Big shot to the body. Finishes that one too for Magometiv. As I was saying before, fundamentals, they are used things like jabs, etc. to set up these kind of wild moves that we just saw, the spinning wheel kicks, the high kicks, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of them, but if you throw something first, you throw a nice jab, you throw your hands, you give them something to think about, that will set them up and you got a higher chance of succeeding in terms of connection. Yeah, so far Ruffy really seeing everything coming his direction. To your point, put some traffic in front of it and even behind as well. Naga Metaliv blitzes in there with a three-punch combination. Well, Rufi was speaking this week about the the strategies that they employ at the team, the fighting nerds down in Brazil with Kyo, who was literally 6 feet away from me here, cornering his man. Done a lot of homework. They study their fighters and he certainly looks very prepared. I mean, physically, he’s quite the specimen, as are both of them. Incredibly fast reflexes on both sides. Under a minute to go now in round one. Just out of range for Magame. And now Ruffy starting to throw the first strike here instead of being content to counter. Magame Lee had success with that one two. Now we see the first clinch situation. One would assume, you know, being from Dagistan and the team that he trains at that would favor Magamea Lee, but Ry did a really good job disengaging. That’s definitely something I saw in the film is he’s got great takedown defense, Michael. sometimes almost carrying his hands low has has helped him find those under hooks that I saw a lot of guys have a really hard time getting them down. Oh, having the hands low definitely helps until you get kicked in the head. Exactly. 5 minutes in the books. Welter you go. The instructions from each corner for these two welterweights heading into round two. Fiveight win streak for Ryan’s Nagame entering tonight. Three straight for the Brazilian in red. Mauricio Rufi kick appeared to draw reaction from Magame. Yeah, big reaction. That one definitely hurt him. I will say good advice on both corners on both sides of the corner. I don’t even know what I’m saying. Basically the corner of Rufi wanting to start using some hands. That’s a great idea. Magamea leave said you got to go first. When you’re leading, you’re having success, which is true. We found the mark a few times. So, let’s see if they listen to their corners. Good advice on both sides of the opportunity. That’s what I was trying to say. We knew what you meant. We knew word. We knew. Bring Pfelder back. There’s a blitz forward from Magomeativ. They clinch just for a moment. Yeah. Well defended by Rufy. I’m interested to see if he goes back to this calf kick because of how much of an effect it had right out of the gate. And each of these guys wearing some red on the lead leg. You can see it for Ruffy as well. Lands one there. I mean, they’re the fight ending blows. I mean, don’t get me wrong, calf kicks can do that as well. So far they’re exchanging kicks, but the real threat in my opinion is coming from Magamea League. When he lets go with those hands, he can turn the lights out as can that spinning wheel kick. There’s a little hesitancy on the side of both men. Both men obviously they’ve clearly got respect for one another. Dana White is sitting right there. There’s a lot at stake here. You don’t want to make mistakes, but as we know, you’ve got to win the fight, but you got to be impressive. Both really tremendous counter strikers as well. So, I think there’s a bit of, you know, can I draw can I draw out his offense and then land something bigger on the on the back end of it. I mean, the reality is we’ve seen a lot of technique on display from both men. So, they are being impressive. It’s a nice kick. Ruffy gets the hand down and blocks it. There’s a good solid job. Doubled it up. Magame lead. Sorry B. Go ahead. Go ahead. I was just going to say Magametta leaf so far just purely striking and he does label himself as a striker first but I have seen him wrestle and he’s clearly competent at that game so I’m kind of surprised you know you got to mix things up of course that’s a nice job corner asking him to get a little bit busier I mean they’re they’re asking him to push forward start stringing things together cuz really I mean to this point they’re very much going tit for tat as we said earlier one strike one strike And they’re both such good counter strikers and have such good timing that no one is really creating a definitive edge in these moments. That’s right. You got to put the numbers together. But the problem is when you put numbers together, you take a risk because you remain in the pocket for a longer period of time. It’s safer to throw one shot. And I’m not being disrespectful or criticizing them, but combinations are successful. you know, you will land more shots, but as I say, the opportunity to be countered is definitely there. Well, they both they both like to be snipers, but at some point you got to become an inf infantryman and just go right to the front line. You’re just going to pull out the machine gun and let it rip. Magome getting the best of that exchange as he sweeps the leg of Ruffy, but Ruffy returns right back to his feet. The striking numbers in favor of Magome as Ruffy tries to land a big one. I think that lead leg of Magame is really is is bugging him more than he’s trying to let on. It’s been kicked to the body lands for the Brazilian now. Mega Metal trying to pin him down against the fence. We’ve seen him unload here. Final minute of round number two. Ruffy rides it out. Now has outside position along the fence. the corner of Ruffy a second ago when Magame Lee backed him up to the fence. They were telling him to be careful of the taked down. He was well aware of it. He turned the tables and right now things are heating up. A nice right hand connected for Rufi. [Music] That’s nice. Clean right hand there. Now he’s got to go to town. He’s got 15 seconds left. He’s backed up against the fence. You take the real estate away, you got to go to work, punching in the final 5 seconds of the second round. And these two will head for third and final after a huge spinning elbow attempt. Are you ready? Are you ready? Each corner wants urgency in the final five minutes as the fight seemingly hangs in the balance after a tight first two rounds. And there’s another heavy kick to the leg. He’s got to keep targeting that. That’s He is not putting weight on that foot. That leg is severely compromised. It’s round three started just like round two. Well, it’s affecting how he’s punching. It’s affecting his balance when they grapple against the cage. You can see it. A few more of them. Yep. And he’s going to go down. And the roofy corner has noticed it. They’ve passed along the message. We’ll see if I’m just, you know, I saw them pointing at the leg. There we go. And now he’ll try to go up top. And the damage to the left leg opens the door for some more attacks. But here goes the medal. That’s nice. That’s nice. Yeah, of course, Brendan. Big left. Biggest punch of the fight. So far for Ruffy. Ruby’s taking over here. That was a really nice right hand. He’s kind of picking him apart now. Going upstairs, chipping away at that cough. Giving him something to think about. Letting go with the right hand. Magame leave on the flip side. He’s starting to wilt mentally, physically. He’s got to go for it. Got to empty the tank. Sorry, Lauren. No, you’re good. I was just going to say Rofy doing a good job of riding most of the calf kicks coming back in his direction. tease off on another big right. Ruffy put a crow hop into that one. That one buckled Mam Aliv’s knee a bit there. Two or three more of those and he would go down. That’s a fact because he is in so much pain right now. Oh, another leg kick lands powerfully for Rofy and Mamealiv says enough of that for the moment. Coming up on three minutes to go. There is a world where Magometal Leaf won the first two rounds. We showed you he has the advantage in the striking numbers at all three levels. Well, he’s not winning the third. Right. What my point being Ruffy might need to get him out of there to get his hand raised tonight. Huge right hand for Ruffy. And now an uppercut. And the corner of Magamed Leaves imploring him for a taked down. They know he’s hurt. They know he might get finished. And it’s clear to see he’s hobbling around. Ruff is growing in confidence throwing knockout capable shots. Fight ending sequences. Pardon me. Wow. He’s open the court as well. Magame Lee is in a lot of trouble here. Ruffy needs to be very careful. I think Magal is going to look for this takedown and could potentially, like you say, Michael, stall out and end up winning the fight if he’s won rounds one and two. So Ruffy’s got to be really careful not to get in a situation he can’t get out of. The corner of Magame screaming, “You have to take him down. You have to put it on the canvas. If you stay on the feet, you will get finished.” And I don’t disagree. He’s not looking good. He’s very shaky. He’s taking heavy, fast, accurate blows from Ruffy. He’s opened up. And who knows, Brendan, as you say, if round two did go his way, but all he’s going to do is survive. 1 minute 40 seconds. I don’t know that Mome has the juice in his legs to even get a taked down, though. You saw me. He was He was in pretty far on the hips. Very hard to get someone taken down if your lead leg is completely compromised. All right. Being told that the cut on Magome is from a clash of heads when they came together. Oh, and it was when the spinning elbow was thrown by Ruffy. It was the back of his head that opened up Maga Metal League. Nonetheless, he has been dominant through the first four minutes of this final round. He’s been really dominant and he’s showing what he’s capable of now. I mean, he looks like a specimen. He’s very fast. He’s very precise. To your point earlier, Laura, combinations would serve him so well in terms of singular pod shots. He’s picking him apart. He’s doing damage. He’s busting him up. All he’s got to do is put some numbers together and he could finish this fight. Yeah. still throwing just one at a time. Full mount now coming is covering up for the moment. He’s turning away. He might be able to get this done. Goes under and lands the shots. He’s going to be hammer from Ruffy. Very lucky to see the final battle. [Applause] 20 seconds to go. High mounts. Maine just trying to hang on. That’s not a good perhaps. This is it. Mauricio Ruffy gets him out of there with 15 to go in the fight. And I’m telling you that was a brutal finish by the end. The punishment that Magametta Lee was taking. They were hard shots in quick succession from full mount. He took his time. He picked him apart. But in the third round got a beautiful finish. How about Mauricio Rufi going into deep waters and throwing power shots in the third. Nice start for Yanni the Greek. Cashes the plus money on the over and on the underdog from Brazil. And perhaps the fighting nerds have another teammate in the UFC at night’s end. Well, we see here Ruffy trying to land that spinning elbow. Magamed leave ends up on his back trying to get a taked down. Not what he wanted. steps into full mount and then from here it’s just one after the other. The combinations that we were looking for and we see Listen, Magame is in a world of trouble right now. At one point it looked like he kind of gave up and Ruffy knows the end is now. He’s just teeing off one after the other. The referee is watching. All he’s got to do is keep punching. Ladies and gentlemen, after 4 minutes 45 seconds into round number three, referee Eric McMahon calls a stop to the fight for the winner by TKO Mauricio Ruthie. [Applause] Four times in 2023, first start of the new year. He is in black. Mauricio Ruffy is in white. And he changes his level to land an early leg kick on Malarkey. Exactly. You see what I mean with Rofy? His unorthodox style. He keeps that lead hand out long. Yeah. But very explosive. [Applause] [Music] Malarkey was doing an interview this week with Josh Kulabau and Alexander Vulcganowski and he acknowledged that Kuya had told him not to rush things in his career and in fight even pre UFC. So that’s part of the approach for Malarkey tonight. Little discipline and patience early on. Was he jugging beers? Cool. was not the best beer chugger on the roster. Josh Kulab, it’s impressive. Paul, you did a pretty good job yesterday. Kabow would have smoked me by about 8 seconds. I think that dude can drink a pint in under a second. It’s insane. Now, I had a bottle. I was working with a bottle, so it’s unfair, but Rufy a minus 220 betting favorite at close tonight against Jamie Malarkey. Perhaps we could see Malarkey in Perth as soon as August depending on how it goes here tonight. Well, Malarkey had a lot of praise for this fighting nerd’s team. Ruffy’s overall skill and toughness level. Oh, stiff jab. [Music] [Applause] Luffy’s fast. Yep. That leg kick. Look at Look at Malarkeyy’s legs already. Oh. Oh. Outside leg kick. If you’re Ruffy. Malarkey has not picked up on that. Ruffy switching up to the southpaw stance now. Back to his traditional orthodox. I don’t think he recognizes the damage. Oh, he did to Malarkey’s leg. That was slick. He rolled with that. He rolled away from that. [Applause] Jab lands cleanly again for Ruffy. And now a right hand. Oh man, he’s fast. Yeah, you can tell Jamie Malarkey having a lot of trouble with the speed of Ruffy. Oh, there’s that kick. Yep. Look at his leg. And Malarkeyy’s nose is already leaking as he returns fire with a nice leg kick of his own. Yeah, Malarkey keeps getting tagged on the way in. Big right from Ruffy. Man, this Rofy’s got some good eyes on him, too. Look at Look at his eyes, Paul. Yeah, they he doesn’t blink. He hasn’t I mean, he’s been staring at Malarkey since he’s entered the cage the entire time. Just stood there across from him until he’s dialed in. And look at Do you see how he did that with his fist? Yeah, dude. Fighters need to watch that. He still kept his distance with his hand extended but didn’t open his fingers. Spinning attack partially blocked by Malarkey. Yet more offense now from Ruffy. Good movement there from Ruffy. Malarkey trying to close the distance here. And he’s rolling his shoulders. Jamie’s going to pressure him now. Yeah, you got to make it ugly. Yep. That’s one thing about Jamie Malarkey. He might find himself getting caught, but he’ll force and try to give himself a chance. Absolutely. He’ll take risk to try to give himself a chance. Malarkey faced the taked down under 90 seconds to go in the round. Dean Thomas, what do you have, guys? I’m making comparisons tonight and I said it yesterday when I heard there was something special about this roofy kid. And when I look at him now, I’m making a comparison to a young Conor McGregor. The way he is piecing this guy up, the way he is so accurate in his instincts reminds me of a young Connor. Wow. Dean, high praise indeed. Certainly managing distance to great effect through four minutes. He’s so right though that just the rhythm of which he fights, the way he resets himself, the way he looks for that right hand. Look at that. Oh my god. That’s just a guy that’s free and having fun. Just showmanship. Yeah, he’s free and he’s having fun out there. [Applause] Crowd enjoying the flash and the dynamicism from Mauricio. Oh, big right hand. Mali didn’t like that one. He’s hurt bad. Oh, big knee. Down comes. Oh, I thought P might have stopped that fight. Malarkey back to his feet, but for how long? Yeah, it’s over. It’s Oh my goodness. That now will do it. Welcome to the big show, Mauricio Ruffy. Flawless victory like they call it Mortal Kombat. Flawless victory. Wow, man. You can see Jamie wasn’t there. He’s stumbling all over the place. Reaching, trying his fighter instincts took over and he was trying to reach and grab to see if Ruffy would give him a chance. Ruffy never got close enough. That was phenomenal, Paul. Unbelievable. And like you talked about, you’re when you’re doing sweeps like that, you’re free. You’re relaxed. The moment did not get to him whatsoever. Unbelievable striking on display there, guys. There is a new name to keep an eye on in this lightweight division. It is Mauricio Rufi as we now take a look at tonight’s blazing knockout moment brought to you by Buffalo Wild Wings. All right, let’s take a look. Look at the distance management, the angles that he cuts. Look at this sweep. Scissor sweep. Just having fun in there. And then immediately gets right back up to his feet and starts going back to work. Look at that right hand right off the temple the side of the head of Jamie Malarkey. Follows through. Big long right hand. Always puts himself right back into position and out of the range of his opponent. Oh man. And I I I think the fight was over long before it was stopped, but Malarkey was doing enough to stay in the fight. Flying knee and ultimately just starts to wear on him way too much. big punches. Stays composed though, knows that Malarkey is going to panic, strike back, and just isn’t there for any of the return shots. Unbelievable. Tremendous accuracy. And what a start. Ladies and gentlemen, referee Mike Belan has called a stop to this contest at 4 minutes 42 seconds of the first round. Declared the winner by TKO Mauricio [Applause] contested that ain’t catchweight. [Applause] Ready to fight. Ready to fight. Let’s go. All right. UFC 309 fight clock is watched by Timex at Timex on your wrist. Is a reminder that time belongs to you. Get yours today at timex.com. Ruffy in yellow, Yan Top in red. I mean, the dude even stands like Conor. Oh, look at him. He looks like a giant Conor. He really kind of does. He really does, man. Fighting stance. Conor is Connor. The Conor that KO Jose looks very similar in his movements. [Applause] And this dude is incredible. [Applause] [Applause] Yan’s doing a really good job of not rushing, taking his time. Megan talked about Yantop missing the way. I think he missed the catch weight, too. He did. There’s no one pound allowance and he was still a couple of bounces over that. And you can see, you know, he looks like he’s a little heavy. Looks bigger than Rofy. Well, join over 100 million users on the world’s leading crypto app. Download the crypto.com app now. [Applause] Third start of this rookie year for Jame. Both of these gentlemen coming off season seven of Dana White’s Contender Series. On top of a good jab on top is tough. He’s durable. He’s a hard-nosed kid that loves to fight. He’s not going to back down from anyone. He recognizes what an opportunity he has. It is fun to watch Ruffy’s defensive footworks up and evades that Yantop offering his movement is so technical and so precise and he can do everything and then he he’ll throw a jab and then a wheel kick behind it and everything comes with no telegraph just chambered and fired. always balanced in that top corner. Really repeatedly telling their guy to be mindful of that roofy right hand. Nice jab. Very nice left hook to the body. Y is fighting a smart fight. is patient measured. Oh, with a nice right hand there. A good inside low kick as well. Some good defensive head movement, too. Under top backing down early kick. And another one. Yeah, he didn’t like it. Nope. He did not like that last one. He thought about twitching his lead leg already. Good leg kick or body kick rather though. Ladies jab by Yop. He appeared to eat a shot. Good body kick by the Caribbean. And now a left hand from Rof. [Applause] [Applause] a minute now to go in the round. Yoga has been a busier striker. He’s landed three. Oh, nasty left foot away. Oh, he got a little crazy there. Went for a tornado kick. Jesus. That was a sick right hand. I can’t believe Yantop took that. It looked like it stunned him a little bit, but he’s so tough. He didn’t even drop. Oh, nice fitting back kick to the body. Good low kick by Yans. Excellent. Shadow in the main event of FBI 9 December 5th on fight. I like seeing him get back to that leg kick. I don’t think he threw enough of those outside kicks. Y didn’t check any of them. He threw one to start the round, too. Right off a glove left kick. Drop down calf kick from Ruffy is nice. He does a lot of wild stuff, but he tried to get a little too wild with that tornado kick. Oh, that seemed right on the cut, but through it. some aesthetic damage on that leading. Wow. [Applause] Coach Dean Thomas, what do you have concern? For as great as Ruffy is, it seemed like this moment is a bit big for him and he needed a round to get warmed up. I expect him to open up any minute now because we know how great he is, but he seemed a little tense in that first round and rightfully so. Oh, this is a big moment. Big stage in front of the President Trump. Well, he’s he’s literally fought one time in the UFC and now he’s on one of the biggest pay-per-views on the calendar, right? That just shows you how impressive he was in his debut. Well, there’s so much hype behind him. And with that comes a lot of pressure and expectation. Call of Duty Black Ops 6 available. Knock down for Ryan on top is so tough. Look at this man. Back up to his feet. Just so gritty. It looked like he got him with a look away punch. Yeah. Yeah. We’ll see it in the replay, but that was pretty sweet. [Applause] Tremendous will from Yan on top to get back to his feet. Yeah. Yeah. You got to take Yop out. Look at his left eye. His left eye is badly bruised. It’s really swelling up. And yet here he is stepping into the fire zone, throwing offense back at Ruffy. Yeah, that eye is a mess. I think Ruffy’s starting to figure he can get to him. He’s a little faster. Incredible. But he can’t sleep on this though. Yantop is coming to win. Oh, wheel kick. Oh, right hand. And yes, indeed. That was a look away left hand as we isolated it for you. Well, he’s swinging in. Movies loaded up now. Yeah, he’s loaded up. Little hand on the hip action there from Ruffers. Yeah, I don’t know what that is. That generally is a sign of fatigue, but it could just be games. Nice job by Y leg trying to chant is still going. John telling jab is there for Ruffy. The thing about Ruffy’s style looks very similar to Oh, he hurt him bad with that right hand. He hurt him bad. That right hand could be the beginning of the end. Still a lot of time here. Round two. And that right hand is so fast. You got to think with a proper weight cut on top maybe isn’t taking all these shots. Yes. Yes. He’s big, John. He’s heavier and that’s helping him absorb some of these punches, but he’s just tough. And he is tough. The dude’s trying to win, man. I mean, he’s not he’s not taken back by this at all. Vietnam. Yeah, you got to think this is going to put Jonah in the UFC’s good graces, win or lose. One minute to go in round two. Johnny by 20 lb. No, man. 17 17 lbs. No, no, no. It was supposed to be 155. Notice that they did move it up to to 165 and then he missed 165. My leg has 17 balls. He wasn’t in shape. I mean, but look, the guy’s fighting very hard. Second round, taking a beating, moving forward. Still dangerous. I like you. I g I gave him more respect for him. What I was going to say earlier before he rocked him was that what he has, what Ruffy has is very similar to Connor in that he throws things with so much explosive force that it drains the gas tank. Very difficult to fight this style for five rounds because everything is so fast and explosive. These big giant movements. Look at how look at the strikes that he’s taken. Nobody does that. I mean, we know how tough Um the guy that Ruffy fought in his malarkey and he got out got him out in the first round. Yop is here in the third round and he’s taking more damage. Jab gets through cleanly for Ruffy. Nice body kick from Yanto. on top has twice as many total striking attempts as [Music] misses with that elbow. [Applause] Yank still pressing forward, still trying to force the fight, much less cautious than he was in the beginning of the fight. But Ruffy slowing down a little bit here. Y on top is pressuring man. He is on top’s corner picking up on that nice body. Ruffy is slowing down. They’re telling Yantop to go go fight. That’s exactly what he is doing. And Yantop wasn’t breathing heavy at all. Round three start. It’s like it’s an interesting con contrast in power strikers. Like think about the earlier fight tonight with David Oama. Onama has the same kind of brutal power, but more composed and efficient. Whereas this guy’s a sprinter. Everything just empty. And it’s very hard to fight three rounds like this. those guys with that level of power early by 10 minutes 10 7 8 you’re like okay the danger is not as present now I can go get this dude or try that right hand that right hand was a lot slower than the right hand from the first round he hasn’t had his hands up the whole last three and a half minutes hard to with early black Friday deals after 35% off select items today on top kicking the leg on top winning this round. Yo’s winning the third round. Face pressure octagon control just fighting. Beautiful shot by Ruffy over the top. But there’s so clear so clearly a difference when Ruffy goes, you can see when he locks in, right? He locks in and he starts really getting off the Y. But he can’t fight like that for five minutes. That’s what it is. It’s just a different kind of style. I can’t I keep making these comparisons to Conor, but I think they’re valid. I love that. Y body punch over the top. Nice inside low kick. And again on top with the pressure. Nice jab. Obviously on top of all sorts of offense late in this fight. And Ruby slowing way down. You saw him take a big deep breath there before Yantop goes the distance. [Applause] This is going to be a huge confidence booster for Yantop. You wonder the extent to which he was training to be able to put forth this type of output over 14 minutes so far. I mean, pressure cardio is on point. I mean, he’s pressing into this guy. Took some big damage and he’s the guy that pushing the fight now. You also got to wonder what kind of a Ruffy has. Oh, heavy low kick. Little short ball there by Ruffy. Short little elbow almost landed for him. Yantop with the constant pressure. The dude’s a zombie. Yeah, he is. Hanto is so tough. I mean, his stock rises from his performance even if he loses his decision. Cuz this is very impressive. Moments continue to belong to Ruffy though. [Applause] Man, Yantop is so tough. What a fight. What a fight. Great to see the sportsmanship after the fact. 25 more significant strikes landed by Jameus Y on top. But the damaging big moments were courtesy of that man, the Brazilian Mauricio. [Music] Well, we learned a lot tonight. We really did. The Jamie Malarkey fight showed us what this guy can do when he tees off on you. But the Yontop fight has shown what happens if you drag him into deep water. And this is what it’s all about for these guys when they’re coming up. It’s all about these different kinds of experiences and seeing how they respond to them. Well put there, Joe. This replay is brought to you as you see Donald Trump and Elon Musl looking on replay brought by Monaco. The official can cocktail the UFC. Two shots in every can. I mean, this is beautiful by Ruffy. Threw that jab to the body, but not intending to land it. Just really getting the distance and he just drops that right hand on him. Most fighters would have gone down. Not hame on top. And then look at this beautiful left. That left hook was nasty cuz he’s looking away as he throws. It looked like he was going to the body and then that right hand right on that eye caused all the swelling of Yantop in another little check left hook there by Mauricio Rufi. Look man, Yantop is very tough but part of the reason we are saying he’s so tough is because gentlemen after three rounds we go to the judges score cars for decision. All three judges score in this contest. 2928 for the winner by unan decision bario [Applause] to have every last one of you with us live on pay-per-view. Here we go. Tonight, this UFC 313 fight clock is brought by Timex and Timex on your wrist. Is a reminder that time belongs to you. Get yours today at timex.com. Yeah, Ruffy does move like that, man. moves with a lot of confidence. So much like Conor. Yeah. This whole fighting nerves team though, man, they are really turning into something special of such an elite team and really have emerged really quickly over the last few years. When you got a guy like Kyle Balo leading the charge and then you follow up with him and then John Silva. Oh yeah. It’s hard not for people to take notice. And they all got big personalities, right?
