In this video I show you the 2F position
welding technique. using square tube pipe. Position 2F is suitable for beginners who want to level up.
This technique trains hand control and electrode swing. Let’s just start from the preparation stage. make sure the material path is clean.
Clean material makes the melt stick perfectly. Because the material I use is not too thick, I use the dot technique and welding is only done once. For the amperage, just adjust it to
the thickness of the material. The point technique is done by attaching
the electrodes briefly. Hold it in one spot for a split second. Then lift and move to the next point. Don’t leave it too long so the
material doesn’t get holes. Keep the distance and rhythm consistent
between points. The result is a circle of welds
along the joint. Although simple, this technique
remains strong if neat. For the other side,
I used the push-pull technique. This technique helps control the
direction of the melt more precisely. I lowered the amperage to around 50
because the material is quite thin. A small current helps control the
melt so it doesn’t penetrate. Keep the electrode angle at about 45 degrees. The arc is kept short to keep the results focused. The rhythm of the hands should be in line
with the path of the connection. Every movement has a direct influence
on the shape of the weld. And this is the result The dot technique produces a round weld pattern.
While the push-pull technique looks more even. don’t forget to like and subscribe.
See you in the next video, keep the spirit!
